Scope of ChewValley.co.uk

ChewValley.co.uk is focused on the area of the Chew Valley UK and as such advertising and links will normally only be accepted for organisations and enterprises in the area. However we will consider applications from other organisations, especially those who provide a service not available in the area.

Adverts will be reviewed for appropriateness to the site and its users. Advertisers should note that the content of the site is intended for all age groups. Any adverts for gambling or with an adult content will not be accepted.

Link and Advert Acceptance

The site has two main areas where links and adverts appear: Community pages and Shops and Trades pages. The site is continuously developing and changing. The editor may implement a category structure in the future to allow for a search facility. If this happens entries will be classified by the editor to make it as easy as possible for visitors to find information.

Appearance on the site is dependent on the correct and current fees being received.

The editor reserves the right not to display any material that is likely to cause offence, is illegal or designed to mislead.

If an advert is rejected then a full refund will be made within 10 working days of rejection.

Once accepted the link or advert will remain for 12 months or longer if renewed prior to the 12 month period. Cancellations of entries will be made by removing the material from the site. A refund will be given only if a cancellation is received by email or letter within one calendar month of the original order being placed and the advert is not date specific.

By submitting your request for inclusion on the site you consent to the use of that information as set out in these terms and conditions. If these terms and conditions change notification will be posted on the site.

By requesting a link on ChewValley.co.uk you agree to us providing links which may increase the traffic on your site.

By the nature of the Internet any information you provide may be transmitted to other countries that do not have the similar protections enforced for your data and its use, as in the European Community. By registering, you accept the broadcasting and transmission of your data.
